Q. Do you deliver? A. Yes, we do! If you purchase a package and live within 20 Km of Ingleburn, 2565, delivery is free! Individual items or delivery outside a 20 km radius has an additional delivery charge. Please inquire for more details.
Q. Do you have a minimum order? A. No we do not, however we prefer our equipment in packages.
Q. Can we pick up the toys? A. We allow customers to pick up some equipment only. Unfortunately, some equipment is too large and difficult to assemble. Please inquire for more details.
Q. Is the equipment clean? A. Here at Bounce N Climb we pride ourselves on clean, quality equipment. We ensure that all equipment is sterilised using hospital grade disinfectant before every use for the children's safety.
Q. What happens if equipment is broken? A. We understand that wear and tear can occur with kids having fun on the equipment, even if our toys are of the highest quality. In the event of broken equipment, ensure that children are removed from the equipment. When we pick up the equipment we will discuss who is liable for the damage.
Q. What payment methods do you accept? A. You can choose to pay by cash on delivery or by bank deposit. A deposit of $50.00 is required to confirm your order and a $100 bond is required upon delivery.
Q. Is a bond required? A. Yes, a bond is required at time of delivery. This will be refunded to you as soon as the items are returned to us in the same condition they were hired out and in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.
Q. Is there a cancellation policy? A. Yes, booking deposits are non-refundable when cancellations are made within 7 days of the event.
