Q. Do you deliver? A. Yes we do. Please inquire for more details.
Q. Do you have a minimum order? A. We have no minimum although at this stage we only offer packages.
Q. Is the equipment clean? A. Here at Bounce N Climb we pride ourselves on clean, quality equipment. We ensure that all equipment is sterilised using hospital grade disinfectant before every use for the childrens' safety.
Q. What happens if equipment is broken? A. We understand that wear and tear can occur with kids having fun on the equipment, even if our toys are of the highest quality. In the event of broken equipment, ensure that children are removed from the equipment. When we pick up the equipment we will discuss who is liable for the damage.
Q. What payment methods do you accept? A. You can choose to pay by cash on delivery or by bank deposit.
Q. Is a bond required? A. Yes, a bond is required at time of delivery. This will be refunded to you once the items have been inspected for damages cleanliness.
Q. Is there a cancellation policy? A. Yes. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event will result in the loss of the booking fee, however, the credit can be used to re-book an event.
